The estate agency Alexandre LAGRELLE originally named Agence de la Plage was founded in 1937, in front of the Golfe-Juan harbour. It is the first real estate agency to set up in this area.
Its location is ideal. In the heart of the Côte d'Azur, Golfe Juan is located halfway between Antibes – Juan les Pins and Cannes. The Marina is a strategic passing trade area for various clients, particularly during the busy summer period.

Acquired in 2003 by Alexandre LAGRELLE, the agency continues to grow and attracts a clientele of both local and foreign people.
